A Touching Tribute to Carrie Fisher (VIDEO)

Yesterday was the first day of the Star Wars Celebration Orlando, and the festivities kicked off with a panel dedicated to the 40th Anniversary of Star Wars. Hosted by Warwick Davis, the panel brought various actors and creative types from the saga together for a discussion on Star Wars' past, present, and future. The highlight of the ninety minute event was an incredibly touching video tribute to the late Carrie Fisher, which you can view above.

It's still hard to believe that she's gone, as her death came so suddenly at the end of a very awful year for celebrity deaths. I'm sure it will really sink in when we watch the next Star Wars movie and realize that it'll be the last time we ever really see Princess Leia on film. Sure, they can digitally recreate her now, but we all know that's not the same.

While the video is 100% suitable for work, blubbering like an Italian widow at your desk is most assuredly not, so exercise caution when hitting play and make sure you've got a box of Kleenex handy. It's a real tear jerker. Goodbye Carrie, you'll always be my first princess—and I know I'm not alone in saying that.
